Wedding Cake Station (available in place of individual guest service)

Your wedding cake is cut, plated and served with a variety of flavored toppings.  Culinary attendant to personally cut and serve your wedding cake available.

La Dolce Vita

An assortment of Italian cookies and delicacies, to include tiramisu, cannolis, napoleons, pizzelles, biscotti, rum logs, perugina, babarum, and flavored gelatos served in shot glasses embedded in a ice block sculpture

Sweet Temptations

A selection of French pastries to include chantilly swans, mini crème brulee, chocolate chapeaux, mini tarts, chocolate and lemon roulades, chocolate-covered strawberries, and chocolate cups filled with flavored mousses

Petite Desserts

An array of European pastries, hand-rolled truffles, chocolate-covered strawberries, and chocolate cups filled with milk and white chocolate mousses elegantly served on trays to guest tables

Chocolate Fountains

The ultimate in Chocolate Decadence!  Two flowing fountains of warm, premium Belgian dark and white chocolate with an assortment of seasonal fresh fruit, freshly baked cookies, and other delectable dipping goodies.

Ice Cream Dreams

Your favorite ice cream flavor along with premium vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, fruit toppings, warm chocolate and caramel sauces, candy pieces, chopped nuts, oreo cookies, white and dark chocolate shavings, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries

Bananas Foster

Fresh bananas sautéed in liqueur, flambéed to order in Meyer's Rum, premium vanilla ice cream, chopped nuts, and whipped cream

Sherbert on Ice

Flavored sherberts served in sugared shot glasses and displayed embedded in ice block sculpture
